Theatre Arts II

This is Where It Really Gets Interesting...

In Theatre II, students will work collaboratively to create and perform an original adaptation of a folktale. Students will then learn how to audition for a play.

The biggest emphasis on this class, though, is theatre history and styles. Students will learn how to act in all kinds of theatre, from Ancient Greek, to Shakespeare, all the way to modern musical theatre.

Performance opportunities include Folk tale adaptations, and the Spring One Acts.

“I'm curious about people. That's the essence of my acting. I want to know what it's like to be you.”~ Meryl Streep
